1. The whole vehicle is tailor-made for the matching model, with more accurate data and more reasonable structure. The whole vehicle adopts computer-aided design, finite element analysis, and reasonable load distribution software optimization design. It has the characteristics of low center of gravity, good stability, light weight, and strong carrying capacity, which can meet the transportation of different road surfaces.
2. The frame adopts high-strength material and through-beam structure. The crossbeam penetrates the longitudinal beam and is welded into a whole. It has strong anti-twisting, anti-seismic and anti-bumping capabilities. The frame adopts through-beam structure and straight beam structure, which makes the whole vehicle more stable and the bottom plate flatter. The longitudinal beam is welded by automatic submerged arc welding, and the frame is shot peened. The structure is reasonable and has high rigidity and strength.
3. The main structure is all made of high-strength steel. Under the same load-bearing capacity, the weight is reduced by 350-400KG compared with ordinary steel models.
